We love the designer kitchen of our two storey, four bedroom home. In particular we are really pleased with the Caesarstone bench and the extra cabinetry we arranged to be built-in.

Being first time builders we could have easily been one of those stories. FAQ Construction, Inspection and Contracts
Last few days have been spent in external work such as installation of lower roof, pending brickwork, cleanup etc. Work on the inside has also started - electrical and air-conditioning rough-ins have been complete. It was such a beautiful sight to see scaffolding up last week! Which not the builders fault but maybe the brand maybe could be revied by the builder. Thank You to the Better Built team who have built our dream home.
They were both accommodating with our needs, and also patient with our requests. We never had to ask where our house was at, and received regular progress updates. A year later, the house is still standing, looks brand new and we love it!!! People generally say that they will only ever build once, we would do it again with Better Built Homes. And I'm building in an area that also has other houses going up with other companies - and I can tell you some of my neighbours are going through hell with their builder. Brickwork finally started last week, and it was good to see the external walls starting to appear. We have been in our house for over a year now and wow the work is excellent the service after the build is amazing and just top quality all round. We are extremely happy with the quality of our new home and we can truely say it was a wonderful experience and not like those horror stories you hear when building a home.
Tiles would have given the house a more traditional look, however we are equally happy with how CB roof has turned out. With the Labour day long weekend coming up, not expecting much work over the next week. Meanwhile, Better Built Homes has continued to receive good reviews from other clients, and fingers crossed we are anticipating a good outcome at the end of it all.
We built our first dream duplex home with Better Built Homes probably theirs too, completed just over 1 year ago and settled in well. We both don’t regret the decision and in fact, it turned out to be one of the best decision I have ever made hence a big thanks to Aaron. Then our journey was as usual; it was pleasant; had some hiccups from council later from the bank because of under-valuation. I was dealing with Bianca from BB Home at that time and she understood my situation and happy to wait for me to arrange the adequate fund and resolve the problem. I was under tremendous pressure and I was not in any position to take any more pressure from the builder and they supported me well during my difficult time hence a big thanks to Bianca. We came across the design of "Amber Rose 35" on the internet, and liked it a lot.
They made the process of building a brand new home easy and enjoyable and were always ready to offer assistance and guidance if it was needed. The owners have a great knowledge of their industry, their professionalism was outstanding and were both a pleasure to deal with. They were always available to talk when I had any questions and always offered the best advice. The package I got far outweighed their competition and I would recommend their service to anyone who asked me.
Building a home is generally a once in a lifetime experience and so it should be one that you enjoy from start to finish.
